FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions (Store: Japan & Asia BUYERS lists)
1) How do I order?
Placing your order is easy: go to the STORE: Japan & Asia BUYER lists and select the database of your choice. Then choose TERM (options: 1 year or unlimited usage) and USER (options: single user or multi user) -- the individual price of your database selected will appear on top next to the list title. Then click "Buy Now". You'll be automatically transferred to the payment page (PayPal). On the left side your selected database and term/user options will appear as well as the price, on the right side you can enter your payment details.
2) What payment options do I have?
You can either pay with your credit or debit card through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account, simply enter your information on the right side of the payment page. Accepted credit or debit cards are: Visa, Master Card, Maestro American Express, JCB and Diners Club. When you pay through PayPal or with your credit/debit card your order will be processed as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with an attached invoice.
3) Can I choose to pay in my country’s currency?
EUR currency is set as main payment currency in our online store, however, the payment form allows you to choose the desired currency as per your location. Please notice that all our prices are VAT free.
4) What will happen after I place my order?
You will immediately receive confirmation of the transaction after entering your order online. You will also receive confirmation by e-mail from Paypal directly. The confirmation contains all of your order information, including your invoice or receipt. Your product will be delivered by email within 24 hours.
5) How do I receive the database?
After your payment has been confirmed, within a maximum of 24 hours you will receive the order confirmation email including the database your purchased as Microsoft Excel file, and instruction how to activate your database. Please follow the instructions accordingly.
6) What is the format of the database?
All our databases are delivered in Microsoft Excel format, which makes them very easy to use. There is no installation required and you don’t need an internet connection to access your database. Once downloaded you can use it from a variety of devices, including tablets, smartphones and PCs. Plus, the information can be used to contact all BUYERS in your list directly by phone/fax, email or post letter.
7) How can I update my database?
Whenever you want to update your database contact our team at support [at] japan-distributor.com Each product entitles you to FREE UPDATES for the term you have selected when purchasing your database. Once an update for your list is available our support team will email the UPDATE VERSION to you free-of-charge. We understand that you may not need monthly updates to your database, and this is why we do not force you to update it each month.
